As one of the UK’s leading independent house builders, we’ve been creating high quality, high specification new build homes since 1959.

Jones Homes began with a clear aim, to build better-quality homes in sought after locations, combining traditional appearances with modern functionality. Over six decades later, that same aim still shapes everything that we do.

From the beginning of our journey, building our very first home in Cheshire, to a third generation family business creating award-winning schemes across the UK today, we have emerged as one of the country’s leading independent builders. We build up to 500 new homes annually, from two-bedroom mews homes to detached family residences and bespoke homes in premium locations.

Each of our homes is carefully planned, using the highest specification materials and quality as standard, allowing us to deliver long-term value, comfort, security and peace of mind. With design, detail and customer service at the heart of our business, to this day, we still build homes that people are proud to own and we are proud to put our family name to.
