The considerable work involved in obtaining planning permission is diverse and intensive.

We understand that the inconsistencies and red tape involved with gaining planning permission can be daunting.

We are heavily involved in developing land strategies with local councils which gives us a valuable insight and understanding of what is involved and expected throughout the process from start to finish.

How we

value your land

We calculate your land value using the industry-standard Residual Valuation method. This method begins with calculating the projected revenue which the completed development will generate. From this figure, build costs, site specific costs and the developers’ profit margin are all subtracted. The ‘residual’ amount (the figure which is left) is what the land is worth.

Our primary objective is to seek out land for quality development opportunities which, when completed, will offer excellent value for our customers.
