Jones Homes has finished building the first phase of homes within an award-winning luxury development in the stunning setting of Alderley Park. Jones Homes opens doors to new show home at Alderley Gardens

Jones Homes has unveiled a new three-storey show home at a luxurious new development in Nether Alderley, where over half of the properties have been built on phase one. The housebuilder opened the doors to a three-bedroom Woodsford townhouse at Alderley Gardens, which is located in the grounds of Alderley Park. Visitors were given free champagne and canapes at a weekend-long launch event held at the site on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 February. An Independent Financial Advisor attended to give prospective purchasers independent mortgage advice while Jones Homes’ sales advisors were on hand to explain the benefits of its Agency Assist scheme. So far, the housebuilder has completed 18 of the 50 properties it is delivering at the development off Congleton Road. New residents have moved into nine of the homes on the site while another seven properties have been reserved. Simon Whalley, Sales Director at Jones Homes North West, said: “Alderley Gardens is a much sought-after development which is set in the enviable surroundings of the 400-acre Alderley Park. New show home to be launched at Alderley Gardens

A new show home is to be unveiled at Jones Homes’ Alderley Gardens on the weekend before Valentine’s Day. The company is building 50 three, four and five-bedroom homes at the development within Alderley Park near Nether Alderley and is hosting an event over the weekend of Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 February to invite people in to take a look at the second show home to be completed on site. The property is in the homebuilder’s Woodsford house style – a three-bedroom, three-storey townhouse where every bedroom has its own en suite. Visitors to the launch weekend will be served champagne and canapes and will be given a tour of the development including the new show home and the three-bedroom Downton show home which was launched last year. Alistair Baxendale is one of 444 site managers across the country named as the recipient of a National House Building Council’s Quality Award in its annual Pride in the Job competition.
